Shipping Policy
Shipping at checkout is determined by USPS standard shipping rates. A flat shipping rate may be applied at any time. We are only shipping within the US at this time. If you have any questions please e-mail us at bearfruitgardening@gmail.com. Please allow 5-10 days for order to be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
Seeds
Seed orders may be exchanged if you ordered the wrong item provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging. Shipping will be charged to you to complete the exchange. We will accept authorized returns (a return ID must be issued by the company) within 14 days of the original order ship date. Please email us to facilitate the return: bearfruitgardening@gmail.com. The seeds must be returned in the original packaging and unopened.

If we shipped you the wrong product we will send a replacement at no charge provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

Garden Coaching & Consulting Services
Payment for coaching and consulting services provided by BearFruit & Grow, LLC will be due when purchased on this site. If you or your organization want to cancel your coaching service order, half of the purchase price is non-refundable, but you may do so with 30 days of the purchase date. Scheduling will be completed once your product purchase is processed. A coach will contact you within 3 days of your purchase date. Make sure you pick the FREE SHIPPING option at checkout if you are only purchasing coaching services. Go to the dropdown arrow, select QUICK PICKUP/COACHING SERVICES and no shipping will be charged.

All refunds may be mailed to you in the form of a check.
