GARDEN COACHING & CONSULTING SERVICE POLICY & CLIENT AGREEMENT
I, (YOUR NAME), understand that BearFruit & Grow, LLC is providing educational guidance and coaching services to those who desire to learn and install their personal vegetable and herb gardens.
All videos, worksheets, and any other resource shared with me is for educational purposes and it is my choice to implement and engage in the application of shared information. I understand that all videos and worksheets are the property of this organization. Sharing of these entities are permitted, but changing or altering them in any way is not permitted.
I also understand that BearFruit & Grow, LLC is not liable for any harm to me as I work in my garden. Any recommendations (i.e. product, garden planning, etc) made are strictly options presented to me and it is my choice to utilize them. I will not hold this organization liable if I choose to adhere to recommendations proposed and harm to me or anyone in my garden is a result. I agree to take full responsibility.
I also understand that any information I share about myself is private and will not be shared or sold to a third party.
Lastly, I understand that payment for services provided by BearFruit & Grow, LLC will be due upon the date that services are provided and our purchased on this site. If I am billed for services or if I pre-pay for services, half of the invoice is non-refundable.
